By Friday

Order through our website or over the phone. Each week's batch closes on Friday — so make sure you place yours before the cutoff.

Tip: Look out for "Compliments" and "Self-Gifts" options when available — a thoughtful way to save a little while treating yourself or someone you love.

Freeze your order
Before Friday

Once you're happy with your selection, confirm and lock it in. This tells us exactly what to blend, grind, or prepare for you in this week's batch.

Step 4  •  We get to work
Order confirmation from us
By Tuesday

We'll send you a confirmation via phone or email on or before the following Tuesday, once your batch is being freshly prepared in our kitchen.

Step 5  •  On its way!
Your order ships
By Friday

We share your shipment details and a short delivery note on or before the following Friday. Once your package arrives, do let us know — we'd genuinely love to hear from you.
