REFUND POLICY

Refunds can only be made towards our authorization for returning of the delivered product. Kindly go through our return policy statement or click here.

Refunds can also be made against the cancelled goods with respect to logistic issues, which fall under the below categories

  1. Refusal of delivery package by the customer / recipient.

  2. Incorrect delivery address / address format.

  3. Three consecutive delivery attempts by our delivery partner.

Such refunds, only on approval from apertures, shall be made through the original payment mode (for Net banking/Credit Card/Debit Card) received from the customer. However, to and fro shipping costs incurred by us shall be deducted in all the above three cases. Transactions based on Cash On Delivery, shall be made through in-store credit note equivalent to the value of the product and customers shall use the same towards their future purchase.

Kindly note that the refunds can be raised only after the product reaches our warehouse, followed by evaluation and quality check. This might take 3-5 working days depending on public or local holidays. However, we will notify you regarding refund after approval and keep you updated on the same.

Also it has to be agreed, that no refunds will be made against return of used products and those products that get damaged or lost during transit when the customer chooses to send back the product by themselves to our warehouse by courier.
