SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

The purchases or orders placed through this website are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India to your provided delivery/shipping address via our reputed logistics partners like India post, DHL, etc., They in turn use other companies as a part of their business. The choice of courier partner depends on serviceability of delivery/shipping location or the most reliable destination option.

We shall be able to process only one shipping address per order. So, if you wish to order several items and ship to different people, kindly treat them as separate orders. Please note that we shall not be able to ship the products to Post Office Box addresses and also shall not take any kind of responsibility for non-delivery of such orders/purchases.Customer will receive the product on hand within India by Minimum 5 Business Days and maximum 8 Business days.

If you have ordered multiple products, kindly consider the product which reads the longest delivery time, since all the products will be shipped together. However, upon necessity, we could do a partial shipment if you can raise a request through WhatsApp +91 973 975 7777 or e-mail at myleafy.in@gmail.com. Any additional charges in that case shall be borne by the customer.

Once the product is out of our warehouse for shipment, you will receive an e-mail/SMS/message according to the registered contact details shared by the customer while placing the order. Further the tracking details can also be shared.

Once the shipment is out from our warehouse, tentatively it might take 5-8 working days to get delivered to the destination. However, if you have requested for conditioning of soapstone utensils or any other kind of customisations, you will be notified by mails/messages about the expected time of delivery or delay that varies from 10-30 working days.

Our logistics partners will make a maximum of 3 consecutive attempts at the delivery/shipping address specified by you in the order. If your order turns as “not deliverable”, kindly WhatsApp at +919739757777 or email us at myleafy.in@gmail.com. It might take another 4-6 working days for the “undelivered” order to reach our warehouse. In such a case, the order stays cancelled and a refund shall be initiated only after the “undelivered” package reaches our warehouse.

 

The customer shall be responsible for the charges incurred by myleafy in the below cases.

  1. Incorrect address given by the customer

  2. Request for change of delivery address after executing the shipment of product from our warehouse.

  3. Refusal of delivery package by the authorized recipient, in absence of the customer.

  4. Three consecutive delivery attempts made by our delivery partner on the same address.

Beyond which, any request for redelivery or reshipping will incur additional charges and the same must be borne by the customer.

Our logistics partners will be able to deliver your shipment on working days from Monday through Saturday from 9 AM-7 PM. Working days exclude Sundays and Public/regional/local holidays. Kindly note that the delivery time lines might change due to factors beyond our control such as unexpected travel delays by the shipping partner, local transportation related issues from one region to another, sudden change in weather conditions, geo-political issues, etc.,

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will be able to accept any kind of change requests in your orders or purchases any time before we hand-deliver/ship your order. Unfortunately, the orders cannot be cancelled once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery. 

The orders also stand cancelled with respect to logistic issues, which fall under the below categories

  1. Refusal of delivery package by the customer/recipient.

  2. Incorrect delivery address/ address format.

  3. Three consecutive delivery attempts by our delivery partner.

In every above case of “cancellation”, refunds after deducting the two-way shipping costs incurred by myleafy, can be made on authorization from myleafy.
