RETURNS POLICY

First of all we owe our customers a “THANK YOU” for purchasing our products. Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy with their purchase.

Almost all our products are hand-made and hence have imperfections under acceptable limits, with respect to sizes and shapes. This makes them to appear unique from each other. Join us to accept the slight roughness or a mild and natural aesthetic variation that comes as a package of traditional and artisanal products.

We kindly request you to read the product description in the website for clarification before buying our products.

myleafy authenticates the quality of all the products and subjects them to right levels of quality check from time to time, including "RESTRICTION OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES", meant for EUROPEAN STANDARDS, through NABL accredited laboratories, before hand-delivery/shipment. So return/exchange either new or used product cannot be made for in-store/online purchases. Kindly make a thorough check on your purchases as soon as you receive the product shipment or by hand delivery.

However, damages occurring on the transit of a product from our warehouse to the customer’s shipping address can be considered and replaced. To validate the replacement / return process you are requested to email us through nativeapertures@gmail.com with the following details.

  1. A detailed unboxing/unpacking video and pictures regarding damage of the product is crucial and a must to raise a valid claim within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

  2. Order number mentioned in your shipment.

  3. Whether you wish for a replacement / return-refund / exchange for other products / in-store credit for future purchase.

Please note that the replacement of soapstone pots is truly difficult relating to the same size and shape to that of the damaged one, as no two pots cannot be handcrafted or expected to appear exactly similar in nature.

It might take 5-7 working days for our quality assurance team for detailed evaluation and acceptance of return. We shall issue an authorized note by email, if the damaged product is eligible for replacement or return. You might also be notified if the damaged product falls out of our scope. Kindly note the decision taken by our quality assurance team is final in this regard.

In case of authorization of replacement or return, we shall offer a free pickup from the delivered address, only if the pick-up locality is accessible for our shipping partner. It is the absolute responsibility of the customer to make the pickup location accessible to our delivery partner or the customer shall send back to our address under his/her own risk.

If you still insist to return the damaged product beyond 48 hours, pick up charges shall be levied and the final decision on acceptance for replacement shall be made only after we receive and the damaged product to our warehouse for evaluation.

Products getting damaged while conditioning/seasoning/treatments by customers in their location, cannot be returned or exchanged.
